it hangs for about 30 seconds then i'm able to do wut i need. i've tried to reformat the comp but for some reason, when i change the boot priority, i wanna delete everything in it. then it takes another 30 seconds to empty it with a freeze of the desktop during that period, though not freezing the taskbar.
